It is with an incredibly heavy heart that we share the passing of Greg Pfleger.
Greg passed away on Monday afternoon following a 7+ year battle with Carcinoid Cancer. For most of those seven years he was "winning,” participating in cutting edge therapies and generally enjoying life to the fullest. We have been blessed with countless memories over those years. He left this world surrounded by his Family and comforted by the outpouring of love and attention so many folks have been sending his way.
Greg was one of those rare men who seemed to have a profound impact on everyone he met. He was an incredible Husband to Beth for nearly 38 years, a phenomenal Father to Amy and Drew, a fun-loving "Pop-Pop” to Meghan, Matthew and Emily, an inspiring Colleague to countless members of the Shingle & Gibb Family, a tireless advocate for our Customers, a trusted Partner to our Vendors, a strong leader in our Industry, and just a great Friend to everyone he knew. He had an unending capacity for generosity and was the fairest man we have ever met, despite his long battle with one of the most unfair diseases in the world.
