Do you have the right username and password? These would have been sent to you some time since January 2009. Your username is your email. Your password is a random (really random!) bunch of letters and numbers. Contact Leigha Schatzman

What's the difference between member types?
As you start searching in our online community, you will see that there are both ASP and ASP-Individuals and MAN and MAN-Individuals. Those listed as ASP or MAN are the main contacts for AHTD. Also, they are the ones that will have the detailed company information associated with their name. If you are still confused, try searching by Group Type vs. Member Type.
How come I don't have the sub-account option associated with my profile?
Possibility 1: You aren't the main contact for your company. Do a Member Search for you company name and see if we have others listed. If so, one of these people could be your main contact. Check out their profiles and look for your name on the left-hand side under "My Associates."
You haven't paid your 2009 dues yet. With the exception of a few active committee members, AHTD staff only gave sub-account options to those that have paid their dues. If you need another invoice or think we have your payment, please contact Leigha Schatzman
How come I don't have the main directory information associated with my name?
Possibility 1: Are you the main contact? Only the main contact for each company will have this associated with their name.
Possibility 2: Did you submit this information with the Profile Wizard within the past four months? If not, then now is your chance! Once logged in, simply go to "Edit My Profile" and add this information in.
I work with a distributor/manufacturer that is not an AHTD member. How do I list them within my profile?
There is a text box entitled "Non-Members Who Distribute Our Products" or "Nonmember Manufacturers Distributed" within your "Edit My Profile" page. There is an 100-character maximum on this text box. We consider it a member benefit to be 'searchable', so those companies listed here will just be viewed within your profile, not by a search. Should you distributor/manufacturer be an AHTD member?
