Accommodations
To make reservations, please call (800) 688-5253. Please call before Friday, September 3, 2010 and tell them you are with the AHTD group to receive the discounted room rates. This rate does not include applicable taxes, which are currently 13%. There is no resort fee.

Two different room types are available at discounted rates:
Premier Room: $229.00/night

This signature room offers your choice of one or two beds, a large sunken living area with floor to ceiling picture windows that open onto a private balcony with mountain views. Enjoy an oversized separate bath and dressing area compete with beautiful granite dual vanity sinks, European shower and soaking tub. 

Deluxe Room: $189.00/night
This well appointed room has contemporary Italian furnishings, wall-to-wall picture windows, executive style work desk and choice of 1 or 2 beds. 

All guest rooms include cotton robes, luxury toiletries, hair dryers, iron and board, in-room safe, 32" flat screen TVs, in-room movies, clock/radio, newspaper, wireless internet access and complimentary coffee & tea.

Please note:
Ø It is understood that cancellations by individual attendees may be made without penalty until seven (7) days prior to their arrival date.  Cancellations inside seven (7) days will forfeit all deposits on record (one night's room and tax).

Ø Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee need to notify the front desk at least 24 hours before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. If not, an early departure fee equal to 50% the group guestroom rate plus tax will be charged to that guest’s individual account.

Internet Access
Complimentary wireless internet access will be available in your guestroom and in the hotel lobby.

What to Pack
Weather in Coeur d'Alene should be perfect fall weather; 60s during the day and cool at night. Our Friday night party will be outside in an enclosed tent on the golf course, so please plan accordingly.

Getting to the Coeur d'Alene Resort
The Coeur d'Alene Resort is located 40 minutes east of the Spokane International Airport (GEG), which offers non-stop or one-stop access from most major US and Canadian cities.

The resort limousine vans can shuttle you to and from the Spokane Airport at a rate of $59.00 round trip, per person (gratuity not included). You can schedule your transportation arrangements when making your guestroom reservation by calling 800-688-5253 (please have your flight information ready). The hotel asks that you reserve at least 24 hours prior to your pick up as the service needs to be scheduled. Transportation time is about 40 minutes each way. 

Taxi service is also available and is running at $110 from Spokane to the Resort and $50 Resort to Spokane.  

A rental car will prove unnecessary once you are in Coeur d'Alene. Parking at the hotel is $15 per night.
