Product Showcase
5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Join us for our traditional event where you will have the chance to get a quick peek at the new products and new manufacturers in the AHTD network. Our staple showcase will be the same as always. Your space will be outfitted with a 6’ table, two chairs, wastebasket and electricity. Internet service can be made available if requested. We will have another signature contest like we did in spring to encourage discussion.

NEW THIS CONFERENCE!
You have asked for access to leading back-office support providers. Here is your chance! Vendors providing such products as CRM packages, discounted office supplies, IT management systems, or consultation services are welcome to join the Product Showcase in their own special area of the exhibition floor.

To Product Showcase Exhibitors:

Ø The fee to exhibit does not include registration for the full conference. If you plan on attending more than your function, you will need to register for that separately.

Ø You are welcome to contact the attendees directly. Rosters that have been separated by distributors vs. manufacturers in attendance will be available starting Friday, September 3.

Ø Once registered you will be listed on our Web site and in the onsite materials. Please send your logo to Maggie Skarich for this purpose.

Manufacturer Suites & Distributor Meetings
Manufacturers are welcome to take advantage of having all your distributors in one place and host a suite or hold your distributor meetings surrounding the Fall Meeting activities. If interested, you can work directly with the hotel to set up your space and meeting needs. In the interest of privacy, you will be responsible to invite attendees to visit your space. We do ask that no meetings take place during official AHTD programming.
